 He is in charge of the concept and operation of user requirements management (helpdesk), cooperates with other departments in optimizing user support, solves the strategy of ensuring the operation of information technology in cooperation with faculty integrators and other persons. He is also in charge of the administration of the OBD system - publications, projects of the internal grant agency, and the corresponding reports.

Bc. Michelle Jantulíková 

Sorts requests in the Helpdesk, performs first level support, and solves network connection problems in university buildings and dormitories. She also occasionally reviews manuals and frequently asked questions. Participates in the creation of Helpdesk websites.
