A proxy server (hereinafter referred to as a proxy) is a computer network server that acts as an intermediary between the user and the target server. Through a proxy, you can connect to electronic information resources outside the university network. Electronic information resources provide access to databases in the fields of agriculture, forestry, environment, food industry, and economics for university's scientific, educational staff, and students. Additionally, it grants access to pre-paid full-text articles from reputable publishers, journal ratings in the scientific world (impact factor), and Aggregate Catalogs of the Czech Republic. Proxies can be utilized by all students and employees of the university.
