Google offers students a year of premium AI features for free

Google has launched an offer that allows students to gain 1 year free access to extended AI tools – such as Gemini Pro, Deep Research, and 2 TB of storage. The offer is available only until December 9, 2025, and below you can find everything needed to activate it.

Google now allows students to use a free one-year access to premium features – including enhanced access to the Gemini 3.0 Pro model, quiz generation, image uploads, the Deep Research function, and 2 TB of cloud storage.

 

What you need to know:

  • the offer is provided directly by Google, not by the university

  • valid for students only

  • when verifying your status, select Czech Republic as the country of study

  • Google may request your payment card for verification purposes only – no charge will be made

  • after the one-year period, you must cancel the offer; otherwise, the service may become paid

  • if you encounter any issues, please contact Google’s official support, not the MENDELU IT helpdesk.
