New version of the Shibboleth system

On Sunday, August 23, 2026, the system will be upgraded to a new version of Shibboleth. Along with the update, the look of the login page will also change.

If you still see the original look of the login page after the update, it may be due to your web browser's saved cache. In this case, you need to clear the cache and reload the page.

How to clear the cache?

The easiest way is to use a keyboard shortcut:

Ctrl + Shift + Delete

  1. Open your web browser and press Ctrl + Shift + Delete at the same time.
  2. In the data clearing menu, select the time range All time / Everything.
  3. Keep Cached images and files checked.
  4. It is not necessary to delete other items.
  5. Click Clear data / Clear now.
  6. Close and reopen the browser, then try logging in again.

This procedure can be used, for example, in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Mozilla Firefox.
